How to Place an Order
Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located on the product image. When you’re ready to complete your order, click “Checkout” from within your cart and follow the instructions.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Electron and Mastercard/Eurocard through our PayPal checkout.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team on +44(0) 7884355172 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please contact us for alternate options.
Sorry, we’re unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components. To make these adjustments, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

What about duties and taxes
If you reside outside the European Union, you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. ZEBRAFISH has no control over this, and has no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor modifications occur between printing runs. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.
Content and Intellectual Property Rights
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Content whether provided by us or by any other Content provider shall remain the sole property of us and / or the other Content provider. We will strongly protect its rights in all countries.
You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except as is expressly permitted in this agreement.
You may not store electronically any significant portion of any Content.
Shipping & delivery
We pack your art with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can. Find out how to estimate shipping fees below.
Artwork will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.
We may deliver the goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery.
- Art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect from damage before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers or tubes.
- Framed and larger items, including lightboxes and Dibond prints, are professionally packaged in a manner appropriate to the shipping method.
Order Processing & Delivery Expectations
We aim to package and ship your order within 10 working days. Approximate shipping times are as follows:
UK and most Continental European destinations:
(Up to 10 business days to certain countries in Continental Europe)
US, Canada and Australia: 4-6 days
Rest of the world: By arrangement only.

- Framed, mounted, canvas and other items to all destinations are shipped with a trackable method.
- In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items if we expect the item to be restocked soon. As soon as it arrives, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
Shipping rates vary depending on the type of art you order and is shown clearly at the checkout, except for larger framed items. For these, contact us for a shipping estimate.
Tracking your Order
Will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.
Is my package insured/ What happens if my order is damaged?
ZEBRAFISH guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items if you are not satisfied with them in any way. In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost or damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team on +44(0) 7884355172 or by emailing email@example.com.
Can we ship to a P.O. box?
Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. and B.F.P.O. boxes.
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. All correspondence regarding the return of Goods shall be carried out between you and us. You may not contact any artist directly for any reason.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If the wrong item is shipped or your item arrives damaged, simply contact the Customer Support Team at ZEBRAFISH. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. . If the item arrived damaged, please send photos of the damaged item and packaging. Photos are required to file a claim for damaged property. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product.
To return an item, please pack it in the original packaging and include the completed Return Instructions form included with your order. You may also inform us of your intent to return an item via letter by post, fax, or e-mail. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return.
Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
If your item arrived in good condition, but you would like to exchange it for a product in a different size or for a different item, please return the item for a refund using the method described in “Other Returns” and place a new order.
